  The staff were extremely helpful and friendly our driver Andrew very helpful and interesting telling us the history the hotel a unique experience as was not generic just gorgeous something you would not find anywhere else in the world.   My partner and I loved our stay at Hotel Vera! The reception staff were friendly and helpful in every way and were able to speak English, they happily provided us with transport and city information. The rooms were really lovely and spotlessly clean! The location is also great! There are busses 2 minutes walk from the hotel that run regularly and take - Very conveniently located hotel in Art-Deco style. I received a warm welcome upon arrival from Artyom and was well informed about hotel's facilities. Then dined in the nice and cosy hotel restaurant, where the food tasted very well and service was ok. The room was ok for the 3-star standard and very clean (well, all the public areas of the hotel are kept very clean). Breakfast is very good and serving time is until 11.00.   Traditional hotel from old times but well modernized and maintained. Fairly comparable with western business hotels. Good location next to underground station. We were given a junior suite by price of standard twin due to booking situation and arrival at 19:30 so can't review normal room but suite was excellent.   We get the smart deal so the room was big for a small price. This is a big business hotel so there are services according to. - The room was ok. The location was also ok. It took 15 minutes from the hotel to the center of St. Petursburg by car.
