It is situated in a nice place. The idea was great. You had all facilities around, it used to have boats service. Design, location near Volga. Everything. Nice place. It is in the process of degradation and seems abandoned by the real owner. The staff at the restaurant doesn't pay you any attention, service leaves much to be desired.used to be a great idea and place but locals told us that the owner a year ago started to have problems with local authorities and little by little closes all his nice places that are left without decent control.
