Very comfy, excellent fair price, and the location is fantastic, you literally live next to the entrance to the Kremlin, at a lovely walking street with lots of places to eat and have fun. I'd recommend this place to anybody who doesn't mind to share a bathroom. By the way, wi-fi is super fast!
