The spa was excellent, clean, always available with experts. The reception employees were very flexible and helpful. - Good facilities - fine food. Best in Krasnodar. spa. The food wasn't the best, too heavy ingredients and the cooker and waiters very difficult to understand english to get what I want!. - Location is not in the city center - quite expensive - a lot of alabaster fretworks and gilding.
