  Great location, a couple of meters from the river and 5 minutes on foot from the city centre and majority of places of interest. Hotel opened in August 2013, so everything is really new. Staff is well trained and polite. Rooms are rather small but well-equipped and pretty stylish. Wi-Fi is excellent. No problem with free early check-in. Mind that this hotel is not located in the city center (though it's possible to reach the center on foot), but it's one of the few residential districts of Kaliningrad that weren't destroyed during WW2, so it looks very nice and is worth visiting on its own. - Welcoming and friendly staff.
