Location was great. The hotel was impressive and has obviously been recently renovated. Very busy cafe outside on the lovely main square of the town. Clean rooms and surprisingly quiet for the location.
Location is, of course, a big plus.
We shared a junior suite, which was huge and comfortable.

I liked very much the room, the furniture, also the bath was nice. The
bed is soft, some of my colleagues said they couldn't sleep, but for
me was perfect.
Very beautiful decoration in the rooms and the situation right in the Large Square. Unbeatable!.

i like the hotel athmosfere, furniture though it gets old and is visible the lack of total atention. the receptionist was friendly but she depended on others.
The staff seemed very busy with the bustling cafe outside and we had the impression that dealing with hotel guests came second to dealing with the cafe and diners.
We had a nice suite but with a view to...a wall.
We could use the possibility to increase the light intensity in our suit's lobby.
They have dbl rooms with no windows except one to the lobby - to avoid.
Acceptable over all taking into consideration that the protected arhitecture is not letting them to do many modification.

Management policies mean that you have to pay up-front before you can stay and the staff check your rooms before you can leave. Never been made to feel such a criminal before!.

The furniture is old which is nice but, it needs to be fixed. The windows need better insulation.
The TV cable transmition is of poor quality. The channel selection is limitted.
heat did not work.i had to change room at 2am frozen, after 3 lies consecutively from stuff.finally i stayed in a good room. the rooms with interior yard view are noisy.
