  Really attentive staff. The host was incredibly understanding and easy-going. The double room was spacious and clean. Basic amenities provided and a 24/7 kitchen downstairs is available. Excellent wi-fi connection. Great wide-screen TV. Free parking space. Good location-5 minutes away (walk) from a subway station. We are a partnered gay couple and were given a double bedded room which we requested. The hotel is near the main station and underground and also bus 780 from the airport stops at the station.   No wonder why this particular hotel is a winner!!! They treat you like a queen! It was my first time in Bucharest, and first with Epoque in March '13.   This is a really great hotel. The rooms are huge and beds are very confortable. It's 10min away from the city center by taxi. I did enjoy my stay there and will certainly be back! - Good breakfast, clean, large rooms.

  The staff were just brilliant! Almost without exception, they not only did their job, but they clearly enjoyed it and made our conference there a lot more enjoyable! Rooms are nice, bed is comfortable, location is very near to old town (5-10 mins stroll). - The view from the room was amazing. Staff very helpful.

  This is a fabulous hotel in all respects. Loved the fact the staff was very helpful and we were sourrounded by luxury. Our kid- quite accustomed to staying in 4 stars hotels coudln't stop saying- wow:). The rooms are in perfect condition, extremely clean and comfy. I enjoyed the variety of food provided for breakfast. I would definitely return here again.
