  Staff are friendly and helpful. although I booked 3 nights, I only stayed 2 nights and had to leave one day earlier. The hotel staff did not charge me for changing my booking, although according to the booking conditions I was supposed to pay a penalty. I thanks them for that. For Bran daytrip; #12 bus or taxi to Autogara 2... plenty of buses for Bran there, 7 lei and easy.
