  I've used this hotel twice so far, during two years. Both times the service was consistent: It was pleasant and friendly. The hotel is cozy, clean and located within minutes of walking from the busy beautiful touristic downtown, but still in quiet area.   When we arrived, we were met on the road have two people: a man and a woman. This is a very nice, friendly, kind, very polite people - their good mood quickly turned to us. When my husband and I went inside, my own smile appeared on my face. I really liked the design of the apartment. The apartment was clean and cozy. The landlady told us that it is possible to see in the city, where to go, where to - The apartment is located in an excellent spot - in the old town, on the main road but extremely quiet (windows open to the courtyard so there is no street noise). Radica, our hostess, went out of her way to make our stay pleasant. We loved the little apartment, which had a lot of character, had all the amenities we required and was just perfect for us. The wi-fi was fast, the bed was comfortable and the heating worked well in -7C! The place is as advertised and felt safe at night. Thank you Rad
