We asked for a baby bed, and with no problem they brought an entire bed up. wifi was excellent, and the family run feeling was great. - There was a balcony where people could smoke - good alternative for smokers.   The hotel was in a very quiet location - we didn't hear a thing at night (and I am a very light sleeper), but it was a short walk to the main boulevard, for city attractions and restaurants.
