Everything occurred according to the plan, and if not so, the staff dealt with it instantaneously. Good english speaking staff, not so common in those areas witch is good. It has a supermarket meters away witch is great to enjoy your apartment.

  Very nice and new looking hotel. Had a double bed room and the room was spacious and very comfortable, felt homey. Bathroom very elegant and had all the amenities. Breakfast was not too bad, but not amazing. Location to Krupowki street was about 20-30min walk. Not a bad walk during the day but street is eerily empty at night.   A great location, a bit far from the city centre, but we thought it rather a plus as it was peaceful and quite with a magnificent view on the mountains and fields. We received a warm welcome from a very friendly and helpful host who gave us a lot of useful advice. We certainly recommend the hotel and would like to come back. - The host was friendly, good-speaking russian, told us about places of interest and where we can walk to see more and to make some good snaps.   I liked the spacious room and the interior designs as well as brilliant staff, helpful and very polite. Breakfast was delicious, yet simple. The view from our window was amazing and the whole atmosphere made me feel relaxed and happy. - Everything. The suite was so clean we felt as if we were the first ever ones to stay in it.
