The staff all seemed nice and friendly, although they weren’t very quick
at clearing tables during breakfast.
The breakfast was very nice, as was the free fruit, tea, coffee and hot chocolate throughout the day.
The free WiFi was a great bonus.
The hotel has excellent double glazing, which is needed as there are three street cafes outside the hote

The coffee / hot chocolate free machine in the lobby - came in very handy! The hotel was very modern, ipads in reception free of use, rooms were all controlled by panel on wall. Breakfast was great, my husband really enjoyed the pancakes with nutella!!! and they had many other selections and lovely pastries as well. Location - approx 10 to 15 mins walk to main square and 15 to 20 min walk to bus or train station or you could catch a tram (once we worked out which one to catch).

The staff were very friendly, and the apartments are very well situated in respect to public transport - a short distance to the tram stops, and a short walk into stare miasto. One of our happiest and most relaxed hotel stays ever. Somehow the hotel adjusts to meet the needs of each client - rather than expecting clients to align to prescribed hotel rules. I really enjoyed staying in this hostel. It provided us everything we needed and the hostel appeared the same as in description. During our 2-night stay there were no problems. The staff was also very friendly and helpful and when I go next time to Wroclaw, I would definitely choose the same hostel. -
