Everything. The hotel is very luxurious, truly a 5 star hotel. We arrived late but the girl at reception let us in their fantastic swimming pool. You must not miss a swim in the swimming pool if you are in this hotel. In this hotel you can have a lot of privacy everythere - in the swimming pool, during breakfast etc. The room was nicely decorated, comfortable and with a fantastic (big and bright) bathroom. In the morning the breakfast was prepared personally for us. Everything was very tasty an.

Super-helpful receptionist who was welcoming us at the gate of the hotel, and during check-out he was walking with us until we left. Also they agreed to let us having the breakfast late after check-out around 11am! They simply deserve every penny. Sauna is open all the day, but pool and Jacuzzi were open between 7-12 and . Nice quiet location, great design, very friendly and helpful staff. Good quality wifi and speed, and the working area in my room let me get a lot done. The degustation dinner with wine was truly excellent, and excellent value for money when compared with similar gourmet degustations in France or Luxembourg. Very friendly staff - personalized breakfast - spacious rooms - REALLY SUPERB ! So, the didn''t you like are really of minor importance and moreover : they were solved as good and as soon as possible by the staff. My business partner really enjoyed the quiet location, great staff attention, the facilities, breakfast, and a barman whose inventive cocktails let us close a number of business deals ;-) Top class in all areas. Staff were excellent and extremely helpful. The food, especially lunch was delicious. Located beside a lovely park,the Centenial Hall,the Zoo and still just a 15 minute walk into the city center. This hotel offered a nice stay. The staff was very helpful and the close situated shopping mall made the stay even more pleasant. The jacuzzi, spa, gym, sauna and pool was amazing. My business manager really enjoyed her stay, especially the spa facilities, relaxed atmosphere and a comfortable working area in her room. The baths should have some kind of glass panel protection so that when showering the water does not go on the floor.
