  They were helpful from the get go, check in was a breeze, our room was very spacious and had a queen size bed and a single which was nice because we had our baby with us so she slept in the bed with me and my husband slept on the single bed. The rooms are clean and nice (very comfortable beds!), the stuff is very friendly and helpful. Very easy to reach by car. Better than you could imagine, at a very reasonable price. You will never find breakfast that good as in Amfora!!! Big shopping malls are nearby.

  We stayed two nights and it was an excellent value for money. The customer service was outstanding. Every single member of staff was polite and helpful and you never thought anything was too much trouble. Bathroom was spotless with a hairdryer, soap and shower gel/shampoo and towels all present.   Fantastic location, right next to the Old Town and Old Castle. Not far from Krakowskoie Street and Nowy Swiat either. Very picturesque and in a grand building which is the home of the Polish Writers' Association within P.E.N. The apartment I stayed in was on the top floor and very large and had all you needed, including a fully equipped kitchen. This place is very affordable given its central location, and the excellent views out to the Old Town and castle. There is a slow lift up to the third floor (where the hotel rooms are) if you have luggage, but it's often faster to walk up the stairs.
