Reception was most helpful on arrival, giving information we wanted,
without needing to ask. Being on the edge of the old town it did not
take long to walk in to the square. It was close to both the bus, and
train stations, which had a major modern shopping precinct adjacent to

We loved the old-fashioned, refined ambience of the place. Our room was small but elegant with a nice modern bathroom, a small fridge, tea and coffee making facilities and 3 bottles of water each day. Breakfast was very good, as well as the cold buffet you could have cooked food. Dinner in the restaurant was also very good and excellent value.

great location, right next to the main square. I can't say anything about the B&B, since we got an apartment in the same street, which made this a great value.
So the apartment was equipped with full kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, living room with couch and spare bed and laundry facilities. We were very pleased.
Helpful staff and generous with late checkout.

The hotel is situated in the Jewish Quarter and there were places of interest and good restaurants. Towels are not changed daily but you are able to request a change whenever required. It was good to have a kettle in the room - Good location, based in the up and coming Jewish quarter and only a 10minute walk from old town, so best of both in strolling distance.Smart interior, helpful staff arranged transfer and trip, decent breakfast, great coctails- (not for breakfast) and safe baggage area.

The hotel is situated in an old, but greatly renovated, tenant house. Our room was spacious and nicely furnished. The ceiling was high, allowed for plenty of air to breathe. The mini bar was full, and breakfast varied and more than sufficient. The produce was fresh, bread from a bakery, not from a supermarket. Selection of teas for breakfast great, and coffee very tasty. Ladies serving breakfast always polite and smiling.

I liked the location which was just below the Castle at the edge of teh
old town. We had the Wavel tram stop just next to us whihc ran both
into town , around it and into Kazimierz as well as furhter afield such
as the Bohotara Ghetto. The large rooms were great, especially int eh
heat. The mattresses and pillows were very comfortable and we had clean
sheets daily. The building is lovely. Had we required it, there was
