  I stayed at this establishment twice during my recent vacation to Poland. As I reported in my first note, I found it very welcoming, friendly, excellent value for money, and quite comfortable. I, as an older gent, particularly appreciated the high security, and the fact there is a lift to the 5th floor, where the Hostel is located. - I arrived after a 27 hr coach trip from London. THe receptionist who handled my booking was Joanna, the boss herself. I was immediately made to feel at ease and completely welcome, and nothing was too much trouble for her to do. THe other girls on duty during the two days of my first visit (I an currently here again for another four nights) kept up the standards set by Pani Joanna. I thouroughly recommend this establishment.   Its a very cozy place, a flat in an old building which has completely been refurbished as a modern apartment and turned into a hostel. The staff is super friendly and really helpful. The place is very clean and feels more as a "home" than as a hostel. Its a 4 bedrooms apartment after all. We got an apartment, and for two people it was perfect. It looks very new and its decorated in boutique style. Wi-Fi was also working OK and stuff had no problem to speak English.

  Great customer service. We booked 2 rooms (one for two person and the other for three). They arranged for us to have a two bedroom apartment (One double bed room and the other room for 8 people) so that we could have the bathroom, kitchen facilities all to ourselves :) Location was close to everything and very central.   All of the employees are very very nice. They took care of you so much ! The hostel is very close to the main place in Krakow, and it's very easy to moove without transport. Obviously, if you need it, there is a tramway and bus station just next to the street. Then, you can find a market shop to buy some food... The breakfast is fine.   Excellent location: the hostel is a few minutes on foot from Old town and 15 minutes on foot from bus/train station. The staff was friendly and kind. We arrived early and we were accepted. The breakfast was at 07:00. But the breakfast was prepared at 06:00, as we had to leave early. Our room was in the other building across the street.
