Everything about the apartments. Very handy for the centre of Krakow.
The kitchenette area came with a coffee pod and coffee. Washing up
liquid and cleaning sponge. The only thing missing was a tea towel!
Kettle, toaster and plenty of crockery and cutlery together with a two
ringed hob. Lovely warm bathroom with bathrobes & slippers provided.

We loved the location of the apartments which one minute from Krakow's main square. The accomodation was very modern, well designed with comfortable beds, excellent shower/toilet facilities and a well equipped kitchen area. Security in the building and within the apartments was also very good. The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially when organising trips. I would recommend Bracka 6 to other travellers without reservation.

The staff were some of the friendliest and helpful hotel staff I've
met. They were more than happy to help book tours and taxis for us.
Everyone spoke very good English (which was very helpful as my Polish is
pitiful)! We also received a voucher from their management to enjoy a
meal in their restaurant.
The rooms and hotel itself was excellent. The room was very large and we had plenty of space to move around in. It was cleaned daily and was always lovely to come back to at the end of the day.

We were three adults travelling together. The staff could not have been more attentive. We ate at the hotel for breakast and dinner each day - breakfast was wonderful and the a la carte evening meals were very good indeed. Can't rcommend highly enough. The hotel itself was very clean, the staff helpful when required and very good value for money - I booked a double, having requested it in the notes, and we may have been given a suite for the same price as it was huge! Separate living room and bedroom and our own balcony with an excellent view. The staff spoke flawless English and were very accommodating. The selection at breakfast was very good, as long as you don't expect to go to Poland and get a full English. The location is excellent.
