Facility of the hotel is like brand new, I was very surprised it only has been rated as 3*. Bathroom very modern, stuff helpfull and friendly. Excellent location in town centre, 5 mins to train station! Everything is kept clean and on a very high standard. Restaurant in the hotel serves good breakfast with choice of food for everyone. Extra positively surprised straight after opening the door to our deluxe room which was really well priced comparing to other hotels in Malbork! Definitely the be.
kaikki arvostelut » This hotel has good sized rooms and is very conveniently located to both Malbork castle (6-7 min. walk) and the train station (6-7 min. walk in the opposite direction). The rooms are contemporary and spare but very comfortable with nice furnishings. Breakfast is included in the price and there is plenty to chose from. Location of hotel is at center of the city, near to the Castel of Malbork. Breakfast was excellent and staff very friendly and helpful. The room was big enough and comfortable. Excellent value for money.Wi-fi internet is free and fast. Very good value for money. Good location, a few minutes walk from castle. Kind and helpful staf. Rooms where very nice (almost luxury, superb for a 3 star hotel) and very clean with nice design. Very close to Marlbork castle as well as the train station. We were able to walk everywhere. She never acknowledged us each time we entered the lobby (did not look at us or say "good evening"). She was more concerned with talking privately to a male friend who was sitting in the lobby. It was as if she didn't care if we were there or not. Restaurant is very hot, lacking in atmosphere, no view of castle or of anything, my room overlooked a very drab shopping street. Missing on bar. Malbork just has a castle worth seeing, so lacks of other attractions nearby or info what else you can do. Tv loudness overwhelming during breakfast time :-/. Lack of experience of personel. No secured car park. Many things had run out by the time we arrived a breakfast. Entrance was hard to find. WIFI is not working. parking. No wifi connection !. lack of hotel restaurant. address was not found by My TomTom photo of hotel is shown from shopping street - not from the road; Intenrnet on 2nd day was stakced - working only on reception level, but not in the room; cuisine working only till 9PM - dinner you need to have in town.
