  we stayed for three nights as we were going to a wedding near Lodz. The staff were friendly and helpful, the rooms spacious and clean. The staff is friendly and helpful, room spacious and comfortable, modern design, bathrobe and slippers, tea and coffee facilities in the room make your stay more pleasant. You can use swimming pool, sauna and jacuzzi without extra costs, which all were clean and cozy with candle lights and relaxing music.   Fantastic place. Beautiful conversion – this is something special. I’ve put my money where my mouth is – after a four night stay I’ve booked a new seven night stay in a few weeks. Lodz is a gem.   Hyvä aamiainen - I liked the character of the hotel. I was very impressed the decor. I stayed in the Centrum in Lodz before and the Grand Hotel is far superior. - No request was too much for the staff most of whom spoke good English.
