  Reception was most helpful on arrival, giving information we wanted, without needing to ask. Being on the edge of the old town it did not take long to walk in to the square. We were on a tight schedule and they organized a private driver for the day. He was there in 15 minutes (with no notice) and was equally as good.   Fantastic location, just 300 meters from the old city gate, but in a quiet location. Very spacious, lovely long couch and large balcony and great kitchen. The staff were wonderful. This place has security 24/7 so very safe. Paulina in particular was fantastic when we kept having trouble with the wifi.
