  This hotel was almost perfect except for the suitability of the location. The staff was very kind and the room was very comfortable and clean. With the breakfast had a rich assortment of goods.   I loved the common room, it's an excellent idea being able to make your own food whenever you want and have access to the Internet for free.   Fantastic accommodation! On arrival we were met by Małgorzata who checked us in very efficiently despite us arriving early. She was extremely friendly, spoke fantastic English and went through everything we needed to know. The accommodation itself is newly renovated with everything you could possibly need for a city break. The surrounding area is clean and safe, with a selection of grocery shops, resta - This is a lovely big and spacious apartment which is furnished to a high standard and very well equipped. Extremely clean and ideal for a city break. Situate in a quiet area about a 10 minute stroll to the main square. There are some lovely cafe bars within a 5 minute walk and a mini supermarket and chemist a minute away. We had a lovely time with our two teenage children and would thoroughly recommend apple tree apartments. Thank you to the staff too who were extremely friendly and helpful.

  Everything about my stay at the Crystal Suites was perfect. The room was cozy, clean, and had everything that I needed, including a very reliable and fast internet connection. It was located close to the Market Square and lots of other sites, which made it easy to explore Krakow by foot or tram. My son and I arrived late and so the night gaurd greeted us and walked us to our room. We had an adorable apartment that with an extra cot or two could easily accomodate a family with a couple of small children. It was very clean and quiet at night. They staff was very friendly and accommodating. They washed a couple loads of laundry for us as it was the second stop of a 3 city vacation for my son and I.   I stayed for one week at the Abra apartment, they picked me up from the airport for a very good price compared to other taxi services.. Apartment itself looked very clean, modern and conveniently..It's got really everything you need.   This was my second time in this same Quest house. Me, my family and friends with whom I was, enjoyed the location, good and late breakfast and the silence atmosfär. - I had a great experience at this hotel. Super helpful friendly reception. The owner goes out of his way to help the guests to experience the Polish culture. With the hotels suggestions of things to do and places to eat and the talks with the staff about the history and present day life in Poland I feel that I got a great cultur - Highly qualified staff, speak English and Russian. We arrived at 3 am and were greeted by the owner himself. Very convenient location, practically next to the Old Town. We do not have to use public transport, except travel outside of Krakow. We arranged for the room rate, although it was possible to find a cheaper option. The room is clean and comfortable.

  Stayed in these Apartments from Thurs 28th - Sun 1st Dec 2013, would highly recommend! Have stayed in apartments in London and Liverpool and although they were fine they weren't as good as the AAA Apartments. Everything was spotlessly clean and bed linen so fresh.
