  Everything in this hotel was very good! Staff speaks english, the rooms are nice are nice and clean, no complaints at all! I am very keen on sightseeing so going to the city center was a must and it can be easiliy done with 5 or 6 tram lines that stop maybe 100m from the hotel.   I thought the location and staff in particular is what makes this hotel very special. It is a brand new hotel opened only in July 2013. I can genuinly recommend this hotel to everyone. Spacious room with conmfortable beds; staff always very nice and friendly. Buffet breakfast with a big selection of food and all of it of good quality. And the location is excellent. Just next to the Carmelite Church (referenced in travel guides) and less than a 10min walk to Cracow's old square.

  Lovely, cosy apartment, perfect for a small family to stay in. A well stocked grocery store, a drugstore and a bakery are just downstairs. The city centre is reachable by tram, but if the weather is good a walk on the riverside is highly recommended. Friendly and considerate owner. The hotel itself was very clean, the staff helpful when required and very good value for money - I booked a double, having requested it in the notes, and we may have been given a suite for the same price as it was huge! Separate living room and bedroom and our own balcony with an excellent view. The staff spoke flawless English and were very accommodating. The selection at breakfast was very good, as long as you don't expect to go to Poland and get a full English. The location is excellent.
