Location. UltraMarine is a disaster.It looks more like a modern dorm nor a 5+ (6)star hotel. The real value of this room is 80USD max, do not get fooled with those summer 1200USD/night deals! More over - If You have choice stay in MarineHotel - the "old part" just do it!!!.
