Everything about this hotel was excellent! If passing through, and if Cebu is not your final destination, i recommend this hotel fully for a night of rest before you start your tours or other trips on your travel. The staff is very polite and friendly and helpful! They are all well informed and can help with locations for shopping etc. The Manager is more than helpful and very hospitable. I will recommend it to my friends.

The food, staff, the room! everything about it I like! I will definitely go back there!. Useful hotel to use whilst transiting for Mactan Airport. Staff are polite and professional. The price is good affordable. Near airport. It´s a cheap alterative if you´re just staying one night. Close to the airport and it feels safe with an armed guard on the outside. They have a restaurant and you really don´t wanna leave the hotel to get your dinner elsewhere. the staff were very attentive to your request. nothing. Room space was exactly fit for two, no space for your luggage. Bathrooms are far too confined, although this is just a minor grumble. A bit noisy. hallways were a little dark. Not good wifi at all Just male crazy... Maybe a little Slow to serve the food. Neighborhood. Hallways were lil dark. hallway is a bit dark. The room smelled like smoke and the view wasn't good (the first room we got didn't even have a window, but when we complained we got another one). Some would say that the room had a boring and cold design, while others might find it modern and nice. The breakfast is a disgrace, the location is not ideal to the city, the surroundings is not inviting. Didn't particularly like the floor; was a bit disappointed with the few cable channels coz I coudn't watch the nba. no complimentary transfers, no cabinets, and location of mirror is very inconvenient.. Place to stay just for 1-2 nights No wi-fi in the room, in corridor only. The mattresses were very hard and the beds only had two pillows that weren’t very comfortable. I prefer four pillows. The hot water was not very hot. The floors were concrete. Carpeted floors would have been a little nicer. Very noisy during the night, slamming doors, people in the corridors and a lovely bunch of roosters in the nearby field to make the night impossible. Wifi signal is weak Water volume for the shower is not big enough. No shampoo and soap. What I didnt like is that, when I arrived, the staff didnt help me with my luggage, and there were korean who came, they helped them... When I was inside the room, I had to call the reception to ask for some towels. The location is a bit scary. Rooms too small. Request not granted like twin bed for the kids which was sent prior to booking. no internet connection inside the room. Chaos going downstairs to get signal. the breakfast is cold when they serve ..and wifi cant connect in the bedroom . This hotel is located in the ghetto. I do not recommend staying in Cebu at all, especially not Mactan. You just get a uncovered blanket in the bed. Thin walls. there was cockroaches in the room, the bathroom light switch was broken so you could turn off the light. the shower didnt have proper drainage and there was never hot water. they listed smoking room, but in reality there are no smoking rooms. the comp breakfast portion too small. only one cup coffee as well. Not value for money will never stay there again out of the way rooms not good. location, room, restaurant and food, it wasn,t clean, lots of ants.
