Staff very friendly, willing to help with what Lima has to offer,
spacious rooms, good kitchen facilities, wifi working well, great
location (colectivos running from outside the hotel) great straight
connection with Miraflores + walking distance to historical centre,
supermarket 8min walk, 15min walk to magic fountains. Would stay
here again!.
The staff were really helpful, English-speaking and available 24 hrs.
Breakfast consisting of bread rolls, jam, tea and coffee was basic but tasty.
Great location to see old town/historical centre.

I enjoy my stay in this hostel. The location is very good, right in the city center with all the main attractions at a walking distance. Much better than in other districts, much more touritics and in fact much farer

Great Staff, meet some friendly people with great information on how to move around for your first time in LIMA. Excellent taxi service from the airport, no issues at all. Would definitely recommend staying here, will be back.
Attractive decor, nice building, staff were very friendly and helpful. Location was very central. Good, hot showers. Cheap to add eggs and bacon to the free, very basic breakfast.

I liked the location - it was easy to enough to get to the park with the magic fountain and to other parts. The staff was really helpful.
The interior of the building is amazing, like in a castle. Quite close to the historic center (15min walk). Next to a park and museums.

Very centrally located, the hostel itself is actually quite beautiful. There was wifi available, however not in the rooms. Staff were very helpful and friendly, we were able to ask how to get to certain places, etc.... and a basic breakfast and hot beverage included.

Room was quite loud so ask if there is one towards the back if you're a light sleeper.
We booked a airport pickup through the hostel which didn't arrive, however, once we phoned 1900 from the airport they rectified the situation.
globaly I was very satisfied. But may be it could be an idea to think about how people and travellers could better meet together.
A small thing, but some hooks and a lamp in the bedroom would have made a pretty room useful.
Staff were a bit disorganised when it came to room bookings.
Some rooms are near the streets, so it will be very noisy from the
morning, especially the Peru drivers very like to horn...
Considering price range for a backpackers hostel, hot water should be 24/24, which is not the case.

The WIFI was slow in the room.
Because of the tall corridors there is a big "echo" in the building, which means that if there is a party in one end, everyone in the building hears it. In our case there was a night party at the bar until 5am :( so it was loud the whole night.
Bathrooms. However there was hot water under shower which isn't so obvious in Peru.

Very basic - beds and pillows were both very uncomfortable, even for budget accommodation. The bathrooms had a consistently bad smell, occassionally toilets would not flush. Our room had a window but we had to keep it closed otherwise a terrible smell would waft in. This made the room quite stuffy. We were expecting basics, and some aspects of our stay in Lima were good, however, we did not enjoy this hostel at all.
