We stayed two nights in the panams hotel and we loved it. the room was huge ,I have never slept in such comfortable beds, Unfortunately I cant say anything about the view ,as there was none. The hotel was reasonably priced and we were in Panama to sight see so, we were only looking for a comfortable bed and clean facilities. The staff were so helpful, especially Ariel a young man who spoke english very well, he could not do enough for us , anything we wanted he made sure we got it ,from advise .

The complimentary breakfast with Champagne, wine, ice tea and expresso's is an amazing touch that has been my first in all the 40 counties I have traveled in. The service of all staff was top notch and did not mind the endless questions to get by in a new place. Very nice rooms! Beautifully decorated all areas of hotel. Staff while very nice, didn't speak the best english. A little hard to get help with tours taxis and such. Free wine in lobby! Bathrooms are very nice. Rainshower shower. Two sinks. Again...very well worth the 100 to 140 dollars I paid for four nights. I've choosen for the description and other guests feedback and boy, I was rewarded! Rooms are very spacious, neatly arranged and everything was simply perfect. I had a really pleasant stay and will defintely come back if my budget allows me: not cheap but worth every single penny!. Wine, iced tea and cookies in reception, jacuzzi bath and rainfall shower were amazing, room was beautiful, clean and quiet,and although facing the street we didn't hear a thing! The hotel was like a little oasis of calm in amongst the hustle and bustle of the city :-). Very luxurious rooms, huge space. Breakfast is great. Free wine, delicious ice tea and homemade cookies! We stayed there on 3 different occasions and everytime we were highly satisfied.They kept our luggage while we were away and were very friendly. Beautiful decoration. The hotel provides frete wine, tee and expresso át. The hall. The room is quite comfortable. There is a jacuzzi and the shower is sensacional. The breakfast is good, but there wan't many options. I do recommend. Good service, excellent rooms - good size, comfortable. Welcoming from the wine and coffee to the check-out. Very friendly staff who provided a map and explanation of the local amenities. All in all, much superior to a big hotel. The staff at the Front Desk made my stay so pleasant. Thanks Julio, Gertrudis and to the others. Nice rooms with jacuzzi to relax. The rooms were very clean as well. I will certainly come back and stay there again. Every design element is thought through and pleasing. Great care is taken in the details down to the complimentary wine and coffee that greet you after a long day of travel. Staff is excellent. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious and the jacuzzi in the livingroom was surprising. The bathroom with the big rainshower was very comfortable. Night front desk staff very friendly and helpful. Hot tub in the bedroom was fun. Biggest shower head in the world. Very comfortable bed. The concept and design of the facilities. One of the best breakfasts I've tried! Great paintings, lightning and overall accommodation. the staff was wonderful. The bed and room was comfortable and we felt it was luxury at a great price. The breakfast was incredible. Almost everything about the hotel was great, but I don't know if they are in league with the taxi service they use. The internet access was weak in the rooms from time to time but the lobby computer worked fine so you had options. There is no view...except of a brick wall 3 feet from the room windows on the back of the hotel. I like a view...but the room was so nice I never even opened the curtains and it was fine. Basically nothing, but while capsule coffee free in the Hall is a good idea, not to have a boiler in such large room is a pity (but maybe not a standard feature in South America?). The restaurant, while very pleasant, could stand to have a bit largr menu. Restaurant is small and need more variety of food specially at lunch and dinner. Our door was damaged, but it still closed and locked. The location is safe, but on the up-and-coming side of the nieghborhood. Location was a bit sketchy price was a little high should be about $60 pnpp not $95. don't expect fabulous views. The finishings and details are not perfectly maintained. The jacuzzi didn't work, and one handle was broken. The bedroom had a minimal humidity smell. Almost unrecognizable but present. It could be improved. They told me it was $3.00 for the 5 minute taxi to the bus terminal but when we got to the bus station I got ripped off for ten dollars by the driver that the hotel called for me. The airconditioning unit was very noisy and you could hear what was going on in the lobby if your room is on the first floor;. The area is a bit dodgy, and if walking around at night, you need to take the usual precautions/take a taxi!. wifi connection could be better and no nice view. There was no microwave, so we couldn't heat up the left over food that we bought. Spa tub in the room a little strange. The toilet rarely flushed and the lighting in the bathroom was poor. The breakfast very poor totally inadequate for a category of boutique hotels. The staff was very helpful but not so knowledgeable on tourist attractions. not good noise isolation LCD tv too small pillows and blankets too hard. Jacuzzi tub IN the room. Room was small. There was only 2 of us but I felt like we were running into each other. There isn't much in the area and the hotel staff told us it wasn't safe to walk around.
