  Location was great, we have stayed in Queenstown central previously and noise (traffic, patrons and public) can be an issue. The property at Hilton was well soundproofed. The one bred apartment we had was so well equipped. We found it ideal for our needs in every way. The location from a scenic point if view was great. Queenstown is a wonderful place to visit and the location of Heartland Hotel allowed for everything to be on your doorstep. When we approached the manager on duty, he went out of the way to call booking .com to make sure its ok with them and actually cancelled 2 rooms for 2 nights. the staff also patiently helped us with bookings for attractions. Would definitely recommend this place with these nice folks there to take care of you.
