The friendly and personable front desk staff was helpful with printing and calling for transport. We appreciated the free wi-fi, nice bathroom products, fresh fruit and the coffee/tea selection. And the novelty of the tram going under our room. Modern, nice glasses and quiet fridge. Lovely balcony, good shower good location. Helpful reception. Central location, and being on the tram line was excellent.
