  Staff were very accommodating - we requested the possibility of leaving our car before we were able to check in and again, after we had checked out for a few hours. Our request was answered promptly and our needs fully met. The staff were very welcoming and pleasant. The cost for a central position was very good value. Great value for money for the facilities they have available eg spa and pool and for the standard of the room, very comfortable and with a balcony! Great location, 5 minute walk to the airport bus and 5 min walk to Sky City Casino. Very friendly and helppful reception staff. I would stay here again for sure.
