Excellent service in a clean environment at the city centre. Very cost effective. Excellent rooms with more than exepected facilities in the studio apartment. We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel appartment... Very central location in the city centre, fairly clean and spacious appartment, comfortable bed. Staff is not in the hotel, but could be reached by phone and was helpful.
kaikki arvostelut » The hotel is perfect for young couples on vacation. The self check-in system works well provided you arrive when you are supposed to, i.e. between 14:00-18:00. Mini-kitchen is available, it is clean, staff was responsive to some minor problems. Everything was good. The staff was very helpful. Very helpful staff. The overall concept is really good: small studio, perfect for one or two people. One can cook there, it's close to the centre, wi-fi is free (didn't test it, so don't know how it works). Practical, simple, convenient. Excellent location, right in the middle of town. The room had all the basic needs. You could chck in late without any issus. The place was really comfortable, I enjoyed that I could cook. Lots of supplies like the kitchen utensils. Nothing. I will strongly recommend this hotel appartment to any city traveller. Shower too small (either you get wrapped in the shower curtain or the bathroom gets drenched). I was not on vacation, which means I was not flexible about my schedule, which means I could not check in between 14:00-18:00, which means my stuff got temporarily confiscated because I had left it there before the check-in time. This was a major nuisance because there is no staff at the hotel and you have to call them up. The staff is very easy going, perhaps a little too easy going. Therefore, all procedures (getting an invoice, etc.) are very lengthy. Very steepy stairs to climb, it was noisy from the tram and the street in the weekend. Nothing to complain about. Note the stairs are very steep - may be difficult for those who are not too fit. There was NO HOT WATER in the morning. In the evening I could actually wash some dishes with warm water so it never occured to me that this would happened. In the morning, when I was about to take a shower, I realised only cold water was available. Going to work without a shower or with a cold one is definitely a no-no. Also the overall temperature of the facility was quite low. As someone else referred, also I found some left-overs from previous guests (shower gel and sopa packages). The steepest stairs I have ever seen. With big luggage this would have been difficult to climb up a mountain. Bad check in procedure... A litter noisy. It can be heared when neighbors go upstairs or downstairs.
