  The location is superb. 15 min walk from Centraal Station. Turn left out of the hotel and there are wonderful bars and restaurants. This leads into the main shopping areas which are lovely. Hotel rooms are good and the shower excellent. Very comfortable room for 1. Soundproofing excellent. Choice of pillows is a nice touch. The wifi was a problem for Apple products, but once connected go to safari browser and type in: h - The staff were welcoming and helpful. Location is ideal, central but quiet and our room was excellent value. the beds were comfortable and room was clean and though not large it was well furnished with adequate facilities to make our stay easy. The bathroom was particularly well equipped with a spacious and responsive shower. Free wifi was a great asset for my teenage daughter and when we realised we had forgotten a charger for her IPod the hotel helped out by lending us one (5€ refundable depo - The rooms look like brand new like we used them for the first time... Great bathroom and tv channel selection. also for the price which is very low, you also get a decent breakfast, and luggage storage... what more could you ask for ??? Well, if your answer is location, that is also covered... The hotel is located minutes from the city's main shopping area with hundreds of amazing stores... also, not too far from tourist attractions, such as the Mesdach Panorama and Madurodam !!! Highly recomme

  The breakfast buffet was included in our price. There was a wide variety of choice and we enjoyed it. Although the train station was about a 15 minute walk from the hotel, there was a bus that ran in front of the hotel between Den Haag Central Station and Leiden Central Station.   The staff were extremely helpful, friendly and informative. We have never visited Rotterdam before and did not know much about where to go and things to do. Upon arrival, the receptionist provided us with a map of the city and also recommended a selection of places to go out for drinks, where to eat and how to get around. There is a green eateries located just beside Jumbo which served quite nice fried noodles and a mobile fish snack store which served very nice fish fillets, very fresh. The location opposite to the train station is very convenient. Plenty of supermarkets around. The information centre is near by. Walking to the town centre at night was lovely.
