  The minute we walked through the door everything was perfect. Even though we arrived very late the staff were very helpful and friendly. The rooms were wonderful, so clean and tastefully decorated. We travelled by train and with only hand luggage we walked from the station, but we could easily have caught a bus. The restaurant was really god and the breakfast had so much choice!

  The staff! First, I received a phone call from a female staffer who saw that the number of room occupants I had listed didn't match up correctly with the number of beds I requested. Second, the gentleman who checked us in was very friendly (and extremely tolerant when my kids accidentally called him); he also made sure we knew where to eat dinner ... mitä ihmiset sanovat » before they closed. And third, the lady who checked us out was very friendly and quick to help us despite having to stay on top of the breakfast buffe - The restaurant next door is very good. Nothing to do with the hotel though.
