  Stayed at the hotel for the super bike weekend at Assen, about a 20 min. ride to the track. The family that run the hotel are very helpful and friendly. The small town centre is a 10 euro cab ride away and has a few small bars. We had no problem parking our bikes at the hotel. Will use it again next year.

  Very friendly staff and a pleasant atmosphere throughout the public areas. We really liked the bar area, which had lots of games to play. The dining room was also a very pleasant place to sit and eat. Prices charged for food and drink were reasonable. Breakfast was plentiful. Food was always good.   Excellent hosts, nothing was too much trouble and as we were leaving before breakfast sandwiches were provided for our journey ! A nice touch and very thoughtful - The owners were warm and welcoming and they went out of their way to communicate in English and make us feel welcome.

  Unfortunately we do not speak Dutch and there was no menu in English.The waitress went out of her way to help us order a meal which we thoroughly enjoyed. - The food and service was very good
