  I stayed in this hotel with my wife. We arrived sooner than planned in Amsterdam and had to leave our baggage in the hotel before the check-in time, but that was absolutely no problem. The room is perfect, clean and spacious, with a great view to the river and equipped with a nice shower, toilet and kitchen. Air conditioning and heating facilities... mitä ihmiset sanovat » are also available but, luckily, being the weather perfect, we didn't need to use any of them. For breakfast, we were left all the necessary ingredie - Excellent stay. We chose this as it is something different and more fun than an ordinary hotel and it was fabulous. Centrally located (10 mins walk from Centraal) but quiet. The standard of accommodation was excellent. Lovely to sit in the wheel house with a drink in hand looking out over the water. Very friendly and helpful host. Would definitely stay here again.

The owner is very friendly and just writing each-other by mail (I Phone) we could be in touch and organize everything. We have left the baggages all the day till the evening!   The Canal House is located in a great quiet spot in the centre of Amsterdam. We could walk everything and the view over the canal was amazing!! The apartment was clean, had everything we needed and looked brand new. Eline and Take were great hosts and very helpful with everything. We will defiantly stay here again next time.
