  The staff at the hotel were very efficient and friendly. Check-in took about five minutes in the queue, but only 30 seconds to complete once at the desk.   The hotel is brand new and was still being finished. The staff is young and friendly and were doing there best as all the kinks had not been striaghtened out, it opened a few days before we checked in. It is directly behind central station and next to the cruise port also its a 15 minute walk to the red light district. - This hotel was the best we stayed at in Europe. The staff were helpful and friendly, the room was huge for Europe standards and because it is brand new, the facilities are to a very high standard, particularly given the price range. The rooms are soundproof and warm, and the bathrooms are really large. We stayed in a standard room and would definitely stay there if we visited Amsterdam again.

  The location is quite good - you just need to take tram 1 from Amsterdam Centraal train station and in 20 min go out at Eerste Constantjin station. Then in some 300 metres along the street which is opposite to the street with trams, there's a hotel in glass building. It was eady enough to find the way into the building but not inside it. The location is great. Close to many restaurants, cafes & shops. It is also a quick tram ride to major attractions. Amadi Park hotel was easy to locate as was reception. Not sure why others had difficulty finding it, as instructions given were quite clear. Nespresso machine & drinks in mini bar containing 2 of the following drinks coke, beer & water) were provided for free which is an added bonus.
