Perfect B&B setting in a city environment. Excellent location if you're business is in the Rai convention center, Very comfortable accomodation, lovely and helpful family (not just staff). We booked late at 11pm and checked in half an hour later and it wasn't a problem. Rooms are large and even though the bathrooms are shared they are very clean.
