We stayed at the triple room. The room was nice and spacious, with a balcony to a courtyard. The location is good, 300 meters from Leidseplein: one of the most interesting areas of the city. The beds and pillows were extremely comfortable. Complimentary bottles of water in the room were much appreciated. Free tea and coffee anytime we liked in the downstairs area was a welcome surprise and made us feel very much at home. The lovely girl at reception even made our 12 year old a hot chocolate. We stayed for only one night but found the staff to be very friendly and helpful.
