  I am a very friendly person, Australian. I found the staff including Martin (?spelling) to be very helpful and concerned that I had an enjoyable time.   This is one of those charming hotel. My stay there was another Maastricht delightful experience itself. Like every charming hotel, it got its own charracter, which weren't always glamorous. Friendly staff on arrival. Staying in an apartment is a good way for a large group with children to stay in a city centre.   The hotel is amazingly beautiful, stylish and is easy to reach from the centrum of Maastricht, the staffs were friendly and the breakfast was absolutely delicious (which cost 9 Euro p/p)!!
