  The staff was wonderful. Our refridgerator had a problem but they came within minutes to correct. We blew a fuse at 5 in the morning and again there in minutes to fix.   Indeed my family truly enjoyed our stay in your hotel. All your staff have been wonderful during our stay there. I would like to especially commend Lisa for helping arrange our tour in Amsterdam. She was nice and efficient in checking us in in an instance as the rooms are all ready and check in packets are all ready at the time of our arrival. Going on an evening stroll amongst some of the most beautiful canals ever created, you'll find yourself amid some of the most intriguing sites Amsterdam has to offer (Ann Frank House, Van Gogh Museum, Dam Square...). At the same time, this Boutique Hotel is located in a part of the city which has such a neighborly feel, you'll find yourself wishing you a resident rather than just a tourist. I liked the fact the hotel has a lift - I have stayed in small hotels in the past and have to climb lots of narrow, steep steps which is difficult with bags.   Aamiainen oli hyvä, tosi se maksoi aika tavalla. Oli tietenkin kovin outoa hinnoittelussa, että viikonloppu oli kallein, kun se Suomessa ja naapurimaissa oln yleensä arkipäiviä halvempi. Miellyttävä henkilökunta jota oli riittävästi, ei tungettelevaa vaan erittäin avuliasta, ammattitaitoista ja hienotunteista väkeä. Erittäin rauhallinen hotelli rauhallisella alueella, mutta lähellä vilkkaampia alueita.
