  This is one of those charming hotel. My stay there was another Maastricht delightful experience itself. Like every charming hotel, it got its own charracter, which weren't always glamorous. Pastis location in upscale residential area, right infront of Maastrict college, 5 mins from two city parks, which one of them has mini zoo free admission.   Maastricht is a very historical city. The bed and bike nicely appointed. Would have liked a breakfast option rather than bike so made this place a bit higher in cost. Also Euro6/day parking.   This Hotel is run by Family Rekko located in a quiet district near Helpoort. The elder gentleman (should be the owner) was nice, speaking slow but very clear English. At the first day we were the only two guests, but breakfast still well-prepared with boiled eggs and hot tea/coffee.
