  Hotellin henkilökunta oli hyvin ystävällistä. Aamiaishuone oli viihtyisä. Loungetilassa oli takka ja sen vieressä oli illalla miellyttävä istua. Sijainti oli mitä erinomaisin. Keskustassa, sivukadun varrella jolloin liikenne ei häirinnyt. Kävelymatka juna-asemalta.   The receptionist was very friendly. She kindly recommended some tourists spots in Rotterdam to us. She even helped save our trip by helping us to open my luggage, the lock on which was broken.   The cleaning attendant did a superb job in the daily clean up of the room. The hotel staff were also quite friendly and appreciative. I would definitely go back there if i visit Rotterdam. - I liked the breakfast. it was humble, but sincere. The staff of the hotel was kind. The room was spacious.
