As there were nine of us, the staff gave us a meeting room in which to change clothes, and the use of a bathroom to wash up, as we were headed to Amsterdam for the day.   The staff were very helpful and friendly. The food was nice and varied. The spa was very relaxing and had plenty of different areas, despite the initial shock that swimwear is not permitted.   The staff was always helpful. They were very nice. Room is cleaned once a week and you receive fresh towels and linen once a week. If you travel alone this absolutely ok. Room was always cleaned very good. They have some wellness facilities, which are nice to use for a short workout or relaxation. The washing machine area is open 24 hours. I stayed in a twin room and there was plenty space! Beautiful shower and bath, with a toilet in a separate room.
