The staff was amazing, incredibly helpful. From the manager to the security guard, all of them were incredibly friendly. We felt super comfortable with them. Also, they were really keen on helping us arrange stuff like paragliding and other activities, they made us feel very comfortable there The hotel facilities were also really good. Clean rooms, nice views, roof with amazing views over the mountains. They also stored our luggage for all the time we went trekking. We liked the hotel a lot and.

I wish i had more time to stay at that hotel. Looking forward for my next visit. The rooftop is an excellent place with both lakeside and mountain views. And its so nicely located. Not right in the middle of the hustle and bustle f main steets yet not too far way. Just 5-10 mins walk. Bravo !!!!. The hotel is very good located, just 2min walks to the lake/boatrental, nice shops, cafes, restaurants! Great place to relax after a trekking tour. Good food. Very friendly staff, we've been upgradet at arrival for free, got free coffee and tea to the room! Big room, good bed, clean, good hot shower. Since the taxi to the airport was late, the owner of the hotel gave us a ride to the airport for free!!! That was very kind!. Khem the manager was very helpful, friendly and organised. He always had a smile and was warm and welcoming. All the staff wanted to do their best and went out of their way to oblige any request. Having a security guard on the premises was comforting. The location is very good, within five minutes of an ATM,close to good eating spots, close to the lake and a short walk to the main shopping area. I arrived early morning, and they immediately accommodated me in a room after a long journey. They were extremely friendly,helpful, and most definitely their customers do come first. The service overall was fantastic. Khem - the manager was extremely helpful, and they will go out of their way to be of assistance in anyway. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and will recommend Trekkers Inn. the staff were very friendly, welcoming & helpful. the lobby and approach to the hotel was very attractive. I think I had the best room in the house nr 401 (top floor) it had lake & mountain views from its virtually full height windows to two sides of room. the room was very spacious with a large double bed, settee & coffee table. there was a good free wifi service. Location - great, almost beside the Phewa lake. The hotel is clean, comfortable rooms, a shower with hot water, TV, Wi-Fi. What more need trekkers who or going to the trek or just back from the trek. I am sure that this hotel is very good place for the money in Pokhara. We stayed at this hotel after our Annapurna circuit trek. I recommend this hotel to everyone. A boutique hotel, nicely refurbished, very nice big room with great views. Very helpfull staff - also arranging safe sturdy car to and from Kathmandu. Great view of the mountains and the lake from the top terrasse. Absolutely a lot of value for very reasonable money. We would love to return to Trakkers Inn. The hospitality. The view of the mountains from our room was very nice!. Low season - from the minute I arrived the management and staff were so friendly and helpful. They helped in me with trekking, places of interest to see and motor bike hire. I would stay there again. Location- near to the shopping areas, restaurants, air-port, yet in a fairly quiet street. They have this usual setup that hotels have, that you have to connect and then log in. I'd rather have to login only once and have my phone connect automatically all the time. Absolutely nothing. there was very little I didn't like, the breakfast could have been a little better. Need to improve the quality of Wi-Fi on the upper floors. Sometimes the signal is weak and you have to go down to the reception. We got more than we expected, so we have absolutely no negatives. Lovely people and lovely place. Thump up for the staff even the security guard infront gate. He even go beyond his job by asking if we have returned all our keys. But the tone he asked... like questioning as we want to cheat the key back home :P. Anyway at the end we really missed out one. Feel sorry about the careless! Lucky our driver helped to return back. It's a little pricey. Nothing. Wifi wasn't great. There wasn't an AC unit in the room so it would get a bit warm. The ceiling fan helped but sometimes it didn't cut it. That I went to Pokhara in the rainy season and so the snow capped Annapurna mountains were only visible for 2 days during my 5 day stay. No lift! We wanted the top floor rooms because of the mountain views. Bar at backside can be noisy. As usually in some cities in Asia, the hotel has frequently power cut. Nothing. Nothing to dislike. Nothing to say. None. Traditional door locks. Breakfast. Nothing to say. The internet was too slow in the rooms, more routers should be added to the higher floors. We had the honey moon room: expensive no elivator you have to ask for a hot water at night small desk small wardrobe poor to fair breakfast. Breakfast could be improved. We had the same breakfast for all four days.
