The hotel had a 'local' feel that I would not have felt if I had stayed in the Radisson. All the staff were friendly, helpful and polite. Despite being in a busy, noisy, dusty city, the hotel was a very calm, relaxing and quiet place. Friendly feel to the hotel. Lots of traveller's and trekkers there. Very quiet. Had a great sleep even though we were right next to the lift, nothing bothered us.
