Gorgeous hotel with very friendly staff. The rooms are huge and beautiful. We were greeted with champagne and hors d'oeuvres in our room and the staff remained attentive to any of our needs throughout the stay. There's a lovely terrace with amazing view of Windhoek, to sit and enjoy over drinks. There's also a nice restaurant with a bible size wine menu and great food. The beds are really comfortable and the pool is lovely. Loved our stay here!.

Overall, the stay was very good and would recommend this hotel to all our friends. The views, overlooking Windhoek. The red umbrellas on outside tables, with marching colours of cushions. The service was discreat but efficiant. Quality of food and beverages was exceptional and priced fair. Charming hotel with outstanding, attentive staff and a beautiful setting. The restaurant is excellent. Rooms are beautifully fitted with every attention to detail, down to fresh flowers in the room. One of the best places we ever stayed, a perfect start after a longhaul flight for a trip through Namibia, worth a recommendation, we will come back for sure, five stars if not even worth more. Castle atmosphere and tranquility directly in town, but feeling as apart from all stress ! Excellent restaurant with exquisite wines !. The setting for dinner was superb, overlooking the city. The room was spacious and luxurious and the beds were comfortable. Friendly staff, beautiful clean rooms. excellent shower. Food, decor, staff very good. Nothing. The hotel does not provide and print facility for the guests needing a bit of office support. They claimed risk of viruses using a memory stick - could have provided a PC/printer not linked with the hotel systems to enable such services?. The waiters, while having dinner, could be a bit more observant with regards to refilling glasses with wine and water. Nothing I can point to. Disappointed that there were no tea/coffee making facilities in the room. internet doesn't work allover the place, but owner promised to work on it. Never enought complimentary tea, coffee and milk (UHT or real - not sachets) in room). The fact that I booked two rooms and no offer was made to split the bill was a negative. Bed had collapsed on right side, allthough matress hand been changed the bed base was broken, what happened to good housekeeping. Please supply nonslip bathmats for the bath, which is far to slippery when showering or getting in and out.
