  The bed was So comfortable. They had English tv channels. The view (atlas) and balcony. Air con was pumping. So nice to come back to after hectic time at markets. Recommend pizza by the pool at Oasis lounge. - Superb customer service from the moment you step through the door. Fantastic welcome tour by guest relations staff.

  The children loved the pools and slides. The food was good, the rooms were nice. If you want to travel to Marrakech for the shopping, and you have children with you this is a great hotel to keep you all happy. I have stayed in a beautiful riad before in the medina, but the children would have hated it. Aqua fun club is a great compromise.   We stayed 2 nights with room and breakfast. The room and bathroom were large with all the amenities needed. The buffet breakfast offered an extensive choice and was also very well presented. Furthermore, I forgot my passport in the room safe and Fatima-ez-hra (the front office manager) saved the day by immediately shipping it to - The hotel has an excellent swimming pool, ideal for relaxing and for the kids to play. Rooms are spacious and with luxury level on the details. The hotel is 10 min away from the medina by taxi. The staff is friendly and very professional. Food is offered as buffet or as standard menu on the two available restaurants. The quality of both is exceptional.

Everybody was friendly including the manager, the girls at the reception; Lamya, kawther and others, as well as the guys who work in the restaurant whether for breakfast, lunch or dinner. The All enclusive formula, is a reality and you do not have to open your purse every second. At night, you have your meal a the huge restaurant where you'll find food that suits you.   I loved this place. The staff were genuine and friendly, and the riad is absolutely gorgeous. We booked the Warda room, which means rose in Arabic, and there were roses and rose petals everywhere inside, which was a nice touch. We couldn't not make use of the huge bathtub and took a relaxing hot bath late at night that put us right to sleep.
