  I loved this place. The staff were genuine and friendly, and the riad is absolutely gorgeous. We booked the Warda room, which means rose in Arabic, and there were roses and rose petals everywhere inside, which was a nice touch. We couldn't not make use of the huge bathtub and took a relaxing hot bath late at night that put us right to sleep. The riad was beautiful, modern and clean but had a traditional feel to it. We would stay again if we have the opportunity. Breakfast in the morning was delicious and it was nice to feel like the only people in the riad (private). What I really appreciated was on the day of checking out we had done some site seeing, the staff held our bags til about 5 PM, when we came back they offered us Moroccan tea or

  Lovely, lovely Riad. William and Khansa were very welcoming . Arrived in the evening so we were very pleased with being picked up at the airport and guided to the Riad through the crazy evening traffic! We were given a delicious meal in front of an open fire, much needed. The Riad is in a very good place, with easy directions to the Sqaure ( once ... mitä ihmiset sanovat » you've done it once ) takes about 10 mins. The gorgeous roof terrace is just what you need to rest after a morning in the Souks or square. Comfortable - A very pleasant place to stay in Marrakesh. Whilst in the middle of the busy Medina, it is totally quiet and relaxing which is great after a day of exploring the Medina, sightseeing and shopping in the nearby huge souk. We were received very well and Khansa took exceptionally well care of us, on a couple of occasions way above expectations! Breakfast was excellent and different each day. We also received good advice on restaurants, shopping and things to see.

  There really wasn't anything not to like. The hotel was fantastic and although we booked a suite, on our arrival the staff upgraded us to an even better one with 2 private terraces. The service was great, food was good and the staff were all very friendly and helpfull. I travel around the world and this is without question the best trip i have had for a long time.   They provided us with a hot water bottle. Wish they had given us two. - It's location, easy access to the beach and port.The staff were friendly and helpful. It was good to be able to sit out on the terrace in the sunshine, although there was healthy competition for the sun beds!
