  Everything, very friendly staff, lovely clean pool. Great rooms , clean, little housekeeping touches even towels made up in designs of elephants, swans. Medina great, clean and less hassling from the me than the city ones. - The staff were friendly, approachable and efficient. Facilities were clean. Breakfast was lovely.   The hotel staff were eager to help me determine the best locations to see, with the amount of time I had. They were very helpful in determining how much a taxi should be, so I didn't get ripped off. All the staff spoke English.
