  We had a wonderful break in Marrakech due largely to the wonderful staff and calm, relaxing atmosphere at Riad Nesma. The Riad was ideally situated for all the hustle and bustle of the city but behind the front door an air of tranquility took over. During our stay, it was my wife's birthday and as a surprise, the staff at the Riad surprised my wife with a cake & flowers on the rooftop along with decorating our room really nicely with rose petals scattered on our bed saying "Happy Birt

  For those of you that found Eden Andalou Hotel & Resort not satisfactory, I would like to say that it is as good as it possibly can get in Marrakech. It is clean, rooms are spacious, there are several bars and restaurants and the service is GOOD! Kids club staff very good and enthusiastic. Waiting staff attentive, check in staff friendly. Very quiet at night so excellent sleep. Hotel very clean. Having heating in the room was very welcome as it dropped to 10 degrees when we were there.

  The bed was So comfortable. They had English tv channels. The view (atlas) and balcony. Air con was pumping. So nice to come back to after hectic time at markets.   The children loved the pools and slides. The food was good, the rooms were nice. If you want to travel to Marrakech for the shopping, and you have children with you this is a great hotel to keep you all happy. I have stayed in a beautiful riad before in the medina, but the children would have hated it. Aqua fun club is a great compromise.   We stayed 2 nights with room and breakfast. The room and bathroom were large with all the amenities needed. The buffet breakfast offered an extensive choice and was also very well presented. The restaurant staff was plentiful but seemed disinterested in serving the guests. However the front desk staff and bellmen were very helpful with great perso... mitä ihmiset sanovat » nalities. Furthermore, I forgot my passport in the room safe and Fatima-ez-hra (the front office manager) saved the day by immediately shipping it to - The hotel has an excellent swimming pool, ideal for relaxing and for the kids to play. Rooms are spacious and with luxury level on the details. The hotel is 10 min away from the medina by taxi. The staff is friendly and very professional. Food is offered as buffet or as standard menu on the two available restaurants. The quality of both is exceptional.
