He not only showed us how to get around when there was no need too, but went on a Sunday to get me medicine when I was ill was always on hand to help, patient, considerate. Very nice clean rooms and would recommend. - Riad Hasni is an oasis among the souks in Marrakech. Pure luxury in a very authentic Moroccan way. Can recommend it highly and hope to stay again some time in the future.

  Absolutely delightful staff, just walking through the doors of the Riad it felt like coming home. There was a wonderful family feeling about the place and a great relationship between the staff and we were treated more as family than as simply paying guests. Olivier, Mustafa, Abdu, Ai - Riad Aloes is perfectly situated in the Medina within easy reach all the markets and main sites. The Riad is quiet, beautiful and clean, a lovely place to relax in the hustle bustle of Marrakech. The breakfast of fresh fruits and croissants or pancakes was delicious. Our bedroom was very comfortable and clean. Olivier couldn't have been more helpful. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit to Marrakech.

  The front desk staff were wonderful, especially Sara. She was always smiling and courteous, and very helpful. The hotel has a beautiful setting and the rooms are a wonderful size. We were upgraded when we arrived, and it was a fabulous surprise. Their tour guides that they use were great as well. Hassan was our driver/guide to Essaouira, and Hamid was our tour guide for the market area. - Excellent hotel, excellent staff: everything exceeded my expectations. I told the hotel the stay was a 60º birthday gift for my husband, and they invited us for a special cake, and they gave us a superior suite than the one I reserved. The best location to visit the city. We have the better experience for all our travels. If you want to visit Marrakesh, stay in Les Jardins de La Koutoubia.

Mint - Mostapha was an incredible host welcoming us late in the evening like family with traditional Moroccan tea and an orientation to Marrakech. The room was authentic and comfortable and the roof deck is worth visiting to see/hear/feel the city. A terrific introduction to the old city. Wonderful experience - highly recommended.

It truly is luxurious, beautiful and has so much attention to detail such as personalized robes and towels, fresh flowers and carefully laid petals, which make the stay unforgettable. Ofcourse, here you will find a warren of alleys, sometimes not as well lit, but completely safe as we were two women, sometimes getting back - By spa, I am thinking of the hammam. Perfect place to stay, near to the centre and yet very quiet in the Riad itself. Spotlessly clean throughout and generally everything is kept to a very high standard. I can't speak highly enough of the staff....they were so very very helpful and everything was done with a genuine smile. My husband was ill while we were there (nothing to do with food in the Riad I might add) and had to have a day of medical care. I can't believe the help we got from all of th
